We know how hard to find a job and even harder to find a job abroad. That is why ITA team does everything in its power to take the pressure off. We are here to provide teachers the support and assistance they need to find a teaching position in the USA through the J1 Teacher Exchange Program.

We provide various host schools a pool of highly qualified international teachers they can employ under a J1 visa after iTeach America initially screens them - including reference checks and English fluency & skills evaluation.

APPLICATION WITHDRAWAL and REFUND POLICY:
If the Teacher decides to withdraw his/her application from iTeach America or if his/her visa is denied, no paid fees and submitted hard copies of documents will be returned.
SERVICE FEES
J1VISA PROGRAM
$50 - Application and Orientation Fees
$250 - Visa Allocation and Official Onboarding
$4,700 - Placement Fee to be paid in SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER the Teacher's US Arrival. This amount is to be paid in 12 monthly installments.

NOTE: J1 VISA PROGRAM FEES of visa sponsor organizations are separate from the service fees of iTeach America. Visa Sponsors also vary in their visa program fees, and cancellation/refund policy.

OPTIONAL Services
FOREIGN CREDENTIAL EVALUATION ASSISTANCE
If the Teacher chose to have iTeach America process his/her credential evaluation application, there will be a service fee of $60.
AIRPORT TRANSFER AND HOTEL/TEMPORARY LODGING ASSISTANCE
ITA can assist you in setting up the Teacher's airport transfer and temporary lodging setup.
J2 APPLICATION ASSISTANCE
iTeach America will assist in processing J2 Dependent application for FREE.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
ITA can provide you with financial assistance you can use to pay for your visa fee, airfare and/or allowance you can use when you arrive in the USA.
J1 VISA
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
In the event that the Teacher discontinues his/her application with iTeach America or in the event his/her visa is denied, NO paid fees and submitted documents shall be returned/ refunded to the Teacher.

In the event the Teacher is withdrawn or withdraws (voluntarily or involuntarily) from his/her participation in the exchange visitor program prior to the program end date, the withdrawal will have no effect on the continuance of his/her obligations to pay iTeach America LLC of any remaining fees, regardless of the reason of the withdrawal.

Teacher Participants are informed that Visa Sponsor organizations have their own withdrawal and refund policy in the event their application and/or participation in the Program is withdrawn (voluntarily or involuntarily), OR when Teacher's visa is denied.
ITA'S H1B VISA Â
RULES ANDÂ
REGULATIONS
For you to qualify to perform services in the H1B Program, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Hold an Education degree that is the equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree required by the specialty occupation from an accredited college or university
Hold an unrestricted state license, registration, or certification that authorizes you to fully practice the specialty occupation and be immediately engaged in that specialty in the state of intended employment
The prospective petitioner must include a Form ETA-9035/9035E, Labor Condition Application (LCA) certified by the Department of Labor (DOL), with the Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker
If you have previously worked in the U.S., you’ll also need to provide tax return forms, the contact information for previous employers, and pay slips for the last year.
If you have never worked in the U.S., include contact information for your current and previous job supervisors, two co-workers for each job, and pictures of those job locations. Add a letter that describes your job duties and responsibilities for the job you’re applying for in the U.S., as well as pictures of the building where you’ll be working and any content you have that proves this job is legitimate. Print out the last six months’ bank statements and include them with your application.
When you receive the time and date for your interview, be sure to bring these documents in hard form with you. You’ll be asked questions about the job and your credentials during the interview. You’ll also be fingerprinted if this is your first time applying).
Estimated Cost: The total estimated cost for the H-1B visa can add up to over $4,000. However, the majority of this cost is covered by the employer. Should you choose to opt for premium processing, the fee is $2,500, and it can be paid by either the employer or the employee.
Required Documentation includes:
>Your passport and all the pages within it
>Any previous passports
>Receipts of payment for your visa fees
>A photograph meeting Digital Image Requirements
>The original letter stating your visa interview appointment, as well as a copy of the letter
>The printed Form I-129 receipt number, the original Form I-129, and a copy of the form
>A letter from your employer stating the job description
>Your diplomas and certifications that show you meet said description
>Resumes and/or curriculum vitae
